The following includes our studio policy + terms and conditions when enrolling with Prime Studios.

Each parent/guardian understands that payment of Prime Studios term fees is an acknowledgment that he/she has read, understood and agreed to all of the following terms below:

• Prime Studios stands by a strict no bullying policy.

• All students must attended their classes on a regular basis in order to keep up with the rest of the class and improve their overall technique.

• If a student is unable to attend class, we do not offer refunds for any classes missed or "dropped" classes.

• We do not offer refunds for any students who have decided to discontinue their enrolment at Prime Studios.

• Dance appropriate clothing must be worn to each class, for example: jazz shoes, ballet shoes/ballet tights/ballet leotard/ballet hair in bun, tight fitted clothing for acrobatics, etc.

• Each competition team member must take a weekly ballet, acrobatics, jazz technique and contemporary/lyrical class.

• Members of the Prime Performance Team can not compete on behalf of another studio in eisteddfods.

• Social media is a source of promotion for Prime Studios, it also keeps parents up to date with exciting things that happen throughout the year. When enrolling into Prime, each parent gives full permission for our staff to capture photos/videos of their child for the Prime Studios social media. All posts are filtered through our administration team first and only released if deemed appropriate. We never publicly post personal information about our students. If you would not like your child posted on our social media platforms, please let us know prior to the term commencing. Parents understand prior to enrolment that social media posts will remain online and will not be removed if their child has decided to discontinue their enrolment at Prime Studios regardless of the reason or excuse given.

• All term fees must be paid within the first week of the term commencing. ​

• Payment of fees is an acknowledgement that each parent/guardian/student understands and agrees to all terms within our studio policy, billing obligations and attendance policy.

Prime Studios is dedicated to keeping your personal information private. Any details we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone.
